Kaya & Louie
A Beautiful Statehouse Elopement in Indianapolis, IN
Kaya reached out to me last minute, just before the holidays, to capture her and Louie’s elopement at the Indiana Statehouse, and of course, I cleared my schedule to make it happen. The Indiana Statehouse is such a stunning location, and I had already worked with them there previously when they wanted some cute couple’s photos, so I knew it would be the perfect place to document their special day.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free—just a perfect reflection of Kaya and Louie’s easygoing nature. Her uncle officiated their ceremony, and I even had the honor of signing as a witness, which made the experience feel even more personal. The ceremony was short and sweet, and after they were officially married, we spent some time walking around the gorgeous Statehouse, capturing beautiful portraits of the newlyweds. The architecture and natural light made for some stunning backdrops that really highlighted the love between Kaya and Louie.
It was such an intimate and heartfelt elopement, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it. Seeing them so happy, surrounded by only their closest family, made this one of those weddings I’ll always remember.
